EDOCATION STUDENT PROGRAM

THE NEXT GENERATION AT NŌHRI

Boston is home to some of the brightest students in the world. Chef Ta believes great food, culture, craftsmanship, and knowledge should be experienced, shared, and passed forward.

Inspired by the Edo period, an era in Japan marked by extraordinary craftsmanship and the expansion of education and literacy, this program reflects a philosophy that closely mirrors Chef Ta’s own approach to cooking.

Chef Ta remains a student of his craft. He is constantly exploring, learning, experimenting, and challenging himself to create innovative dishes while respecting the Japanese and Peruvian cultures and traditions that inspire NŌHRI.

As part of this initiative, students receive 20% OFF our NŌHRI 6 and NŌHRI 8 tasting experiences on participating evenings with a valid student ID.

Chef Ta invites students to experience NŌHRI, discover modern Nikkei cuisine, and learn about the history, ingredients, and techniques behind his food.

For Chef Ta, this is about more than making his cuisine accessible. It is about sharing knowledge, inspiring curiosity, and investing in a generation that, like him, is still learning, exploring, and discovering what they can create.

CRAFT IS PASSED FORWARD.
